Using Linux as OS? Use this command line to dump this packets:
tcpdump -p udp -XX -nn -vv -c 100

And post the output here.

Filterscripts are for a server, not for the network. You need network protection not protection on SA-MP. Remember if the host can't detect small attacks that could be used as a exploit to hit the server off. Happens to a lot of hosting companies that cannot detect small attacks, resulting in a easy attack to the server.

Phaze we have certain methods in place to stop these smaller and bigger attacks. The issue with his server is purely code related as we keep telling him via tickets and via skype support. His server crashes due to "OnPlayerTakeDamage"

You must be kidding, right?

OP: I'm gonna go with SimplyFragHosting's input on this. Due to the topics you posted in past few days about your server issue. I think you don't have any idea about how to run a server nor how to manage one.

Nah nothing wrong with you guys, I'm just saying that some hosting companies have it where the firewall only kicks in at a certain number of attacks therefore people use that as a exploit towards SA-MP, since SA-MP desyncs with the smallest attack.
