Its cars in interiors, like in race Stadium (I've forgotted name of it) or any other interior.

Just start of by placing spawns and placing cars, then making a /kill command, /me command, take a look in other scripts and try to understand it. All the info you need can be found on the wiki. That is how I learned the basics of pawno.

i would like to make a command that i spawn a vehicle and it stay there forevery even whens restart and when it blow off it respawn

basiclly i use carlitos script and theres other way but when i do that i supose to do it dosent spawn still i wrote in carlitos script topic.
