About 1 hour ago i got those ads popping everywhere

I tried to scan.. nothing ... i tried adblocker.. nothing i tried with malwarebytes and nothing.. what can i do ?

Some programs install popups(search bars you've installed?). Also, your browser as stated above. Browser hijacking, ****** it. That could potentially be an issue.

Uninstall those which you finds suspicious, if you are bad at it, ****** the names which you don't know and you will know whether it's good or bad.

Check your browser extensions, also disable any that you've downloaded recently and check if that fixes it.
Also go to your computer's programs and look through it to find any suspicious names of programs that you don't wish to have.
If that doesn't work try scanning your computer with different virus scanners (I recommend AVG and malwarebytes)

Thank you guys, I fixed it about couple of minutes ago !

In the ads, It said 'DealsFactor' in the buttom of the ad. After i checked Extensions I saw something called 'DealsFactor', I saw it got disabled and i checked *******. I had no problems.

But still, Thank you guys for telling me some good advices.

check your C drive for a folder named DealsFactor and delete it too, else it could come back
