The new sa-mp version is coming soon so I was thinking if the new features that you mentioned for 0.3.7 are possible...then adding un-used BETA skins (peds) of Singleplayer could be possible too!
I am not saying ,,Ug ug,make modded skins plox'' I am saying that there are a few skins that weren't used in Singleplayer but could be used on SA-MP...they have the texture and they are also located in the GTA SA files.
Players could use new skins!Like:Officer Carver,Poncho,Big Bear (csbigbear2) and a guy that is called cdeput (is looking like a cop).
Well if You say ,,omg that's not possible!'' ...Well if You didn't realize there are two beta skins that are used in SAMP!
Fat version of Big Bear & and the desert version of the county police sheriff.
If these peds/skins can be used in SA-MP servers,why can't we add the other ones?
Think about it,my mates.There are plenty of things we can improve for SA-MP!

Cutscenes skins?
Nah because most of them don't have an actual texture and I am talking about beta-skins
I wasn't talking about the skins like Dope or B-Dup
I was talking about the pedestrians that weren't used.
Because the developers of GTA SA didn't plan to add them outside the cutscenes,but for the beta-skins they did.
By the way,this is one of the beta-skins,so you can see how they look like

If the STAFF can add Bananas and Apples in the new version of sa-mp,I am sure they could do this too.

every Croatian person would love to have this skin in game !
