Yeah, sounds like a virus/crapware infection. Try resetting your Chrome anew? Other than that, how did you check for viruses? I recommend scanning with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

Hover over the adware link and find the name, then ******, adware name removal. This will demonstrate the process inwhich you remove it. My girlfriends computer also suffered this, check your control panel->Programs->Find ANY which you do not recognise and then uninstall it, check chrome->extensions and disable the ones which refer to the programs and then finally restart your PC.

I checked the control panel they was a few installed other day i didn't know off and it was still showing. doing that scan seems to removed the Ads and the blue links.

If it still dose the popping up randomly websites i will have to do what you have said.

Click a link and try and find some type of branding y'know.
And then ****** it, it'll probably show up as Malware and then you can find a fix for it.

I had this problem before... and I just removed all unknown/unneeded apps.
And did a full computer scan.

This one really helped me.

And yeah, if those things are caused by Chrome extentions you need to fully delete them or they'll re-activate themselves. There should be a guide on the internet, ****** a few things like 'adware chrome extention remove'.

Yeah well sadly simply deinstalling Chrome doesn't help as it leaves its "configuration" and user files behind.
The first link I linked you to(the ****** site) helps to solve any leftover problem(s) by resetting Chrome.
If it still didn't help I would delete all those leftover ****** Chrome folders, mainly the one in your "%userprofile%/AppData/Local/******" (without the quotes; it's only if you're using Windows 7/8 - which I see you are) - BE CAREFUL; then you would need to reinstall Chrome again.
And also as a precaution scan with AdwCleaner as someone else mentioned earlier. It will most definately catch anything that's wrong and try and fix it.
Fingers crossed.
