I'm using this to script a control panel for a server. Currently the server is hosted on my PC and the control panel (website) works are loads the list of players correctly when I'm running the website on my PC. When I host the website on some other host which isn't linked to my IP, it doesn't load the information at all and says there are no players online. How can this be solved?

Your server can be seen by the internet? All the ports n' stuff should be open.
