There doesn't appear to be anything out of the normal.

You say people leave when they go AFK, are you sure you don't have a script or gamemode with an anti-afk script running? That's generally the issue, many GM/FS hide them in there, so have a good look!

I'm sure i dont have fs for kick afk. I have server 3 years, im not newbie

That's some problem with this version 0.3z R4, when I changed the host, about 7 days ago, I have updated my server to the version R4, before that I used R1 and all was fine, with R4 many players lost connection, so I also have the same problem like you, and I do not use any afk system, and have not changed anything in my scripts.
