Probably not, this is going to be the next version, so we will probably see 0.4a or whatever in 2016 / late 2016. And: why are you already asking for 0.4a when this version isn't even out yet?

@OTACON : Kalcor has mentioned "coming soon" which could probably have something more. What I personally want is to see most of the bugs (or complete) to be fixed other than more features.
