What/Use to modify a .amx file.
Or is that even possible? I'm having trouble in doing that/this because when I modify the PWN it does nothing, and I try to complie it but says
"Unable to execute complier...."

you may have errors in your .pwn script
this is why you can't compile it.

Maybe there's something wrong with your Pawno. Try to re-download it or something. Or maybe you installed it wrong.

Pawn needs .NET 2.0 .. mya be you havnt installed it..
