So my friend has this issue,
He says to me he cannot move side to side while he is shooting, he can only stand still.
He is on Windows 8.1 and so am i, i can move side to side but he cant?
He has changed his fps and it is fine, any helpers?

For the most weapons youll need maxed weapon skill to strafe shoot. So thats a server thing. If you cant strafe shoot, the server dont want you to.

The server weapon skill levels are all set to hitman, but he still cant strafe shoot
