So I play one specific server and starting recently, I randomly begin to disconnect and desync. I've tried reinstalling gta, etc.
Issues that occur when this happens:
* Commands don't enter/work.
* All players seem to pause
* Cars disappear/don't show.
Any solutions would be appreciated.

If this is only happening with a specific server, it'd be a pretty safe guess to say it's not your fault...

Could be the server itself.

I don't believe it's the server. My friend is on the same internet connection and server and he doesn't disconnect at all.

Not really. I did, however - reinstall samp. Seemed to have a positive effect.
