I have removed several objects from the map I made, using MTA, and added several more.
The objects I added appear, but the objects I removed are still there.

Any help?

Did you use convertFFS to convert the whole code of MTA into pawn? if yes then ConvertFFS doesn't convert removebuildings, Only created objects.
Use this to converter removebuilding codes from MTA to pawn.
