I PM-ed beta testers a couple of time, as I wanted a name change too, but no answer from them....

Beta testers don't change names anymore because to many people want name changes.

Messaging someone regarding your name change is worthless, just forget it.

One thing I'm certain of is typing in caps and big font doesn't get your name changed.
