Hello , i don't know what happened but last time i downloaded Voting System FS from Samp and after that i went to a server . i was playing but something happen suddenly now my player die auto when going on path. Player shoot me and went away and my player die after 5-10 seconds . My ping isn't so high it is between 250-300.

The FS is probably bugging your GM?

I faced the bug on the other hosted servers not on mine.

Look in the script for SetPlayerHealth?
Unless it's lag from the person shooting you, you shouldn't die.

You can try restarting your router. Major pings are coming from your home connection to the internet. You're just sending additional packets. Try restarting it.
