i want to make a server but i don't know about include file!
what do include do?
if i make a script or game mod i must make a inc file or i can download it?

An Include file( .inc file) lets you access data from it through pawn (as far as samp server scripting is concerned) for server/script development.

Don't use it unless you know what it does and what it's for.. Because if you don't know that then you obviously don't need it. I'd stick to that.
