Anti Running and Shooting System

Information
This is a filterscript that disables you being able to run with the following weapons:
*Colt 45
*Sawnoff Shotgun
*Uzi
*Tec-9
If you are caught running and shooting the weapon will simply be scrolled away.

Details
This is a simple system that will display a message warning you not to run and shoot.
The weapon does not disappear, it simply is removed from the hand.

Read the details, it will unarm you automatically, you can't walk with them
