I managed to fix my past problems and do the nohup command but after all it says Done, but the server is offline. First did the sudo command. Re logged on putty and did the nohup command. Server down.

You may want to look into using 'screen' to run your SA-MP server so that it can run in the background

I had the same problem but I dont remember how I fixed this, I think you need install an libs in your machine
