Hello, the name states the question. I need someone to help me upload files into my MySQL server & maybe my FTP. This is my first time setting up a sever and my scripter doesn't know.

A word of friendly advice:
Get to know SA-MP, and how things such as MySQL/FTP/WEB servers work before opening a server. Even though, - your not the server's scripter you still need to know these things, - or else your server is doomed for failure. See phpmyadmin.net for help towards MySQL, - or even see some MySQL tutorials on the forums here as most show how to upload files. Good luck.
