Well, I don't speak Russian, not even a tiny bit (the letters of their alphabet are all the same for me, just as arabic, chinese or japanese), but when I join Russian servers, I hit buttons randomly until I've spawned (I avoid Roleplay servers ofc), and then I play.

It's impossible to roleplay in a language you can't speak... It's generally a dumb thing to do. It's quite annoying when you get random Russians who can't speak even a letter of English, coming on ENG servers. You're just thinking 'why'...

I honestly agree with you. LS-RP is to me, too outdated. Certain things in LS-RP I can't stand, that being the RPG functions. The other thing is, the fact that not everyone wants to play on a server with 300+ people.

For me, hosting isn't the issue. Scripting anything isn't an issue. My issue is actually MANAGING it, and I think that's a lot of people's issues here. I think a bunch of people should get together, get 2 or 3 good developers and mature admins. By mature, I don't mean 16+ or anything, but their way of thinking is important. They shouldn't feel like admin is a perk, but a job. These things, is what would make a good roleplay server.
