I've been wanting to make my own ENBSeries for a while but I have no idea how people make theirs? Can people guide me?

Download the original ENB made by Boris at http://www.enbdev.com/
Open the .ini and edit it to your likings.
Create your own enbpalette.
Download additional files like shaders FX, bloomFX to finish with a better result.
