I may seem like a total nerd for Paul, but I bet your players would give you props for mounting this kind of map on the server.
This is something every racing server should have, in my opinion (not particulary this piece). If people relate to racing in sa-mp, they will no doubt relate to Paul Walker.

I do not encourage you to use this particular map. It has far to many objects and it will most likely cause lag issues.
I do encourage the idea of having this kind of monument on a racing server, because players will relate to it. Just don't use this one.

Pay some respect, and leave the credits as they are!
