I recently noticed that people use some sort of program that allows their game to look really realistic while recording they can change the settings any ideas how can i do that?

There are modifications called
-ENB Series (place it into the GTA San Andreas folder, replace whatever it asks you to replace)
-Colormod (goes into the GTA San Andreas folder)
-Effects (which are going into the GTA San Andreas - Models) and you have to replace it
You may need to a good computer to run ENB, Colormods and effects in order to have a smooth and solid video game.

ENB is shit when you're recording though, so I'd recommend that you use effects such as bloomfx etc and use colormod.
ENB will make your viewers' minds dope.
