I donwload the sscanf 2.8.1 forum here forum Source: .zip, and download me "sscanf-master.zip". I don't have no idea where to put those.They put in plugins, scriptfiles? Where?

You downloaded the source, which isn't what you need. Go to the sscanf topic and download the latest version from one of the mirrors. I don't know why ****** doesn't just put a release on GitHub, but that's the way it is currently.
