When i start game , it works normally , but after 10minutes > 20 minutes , it crashing

If the server crashes, then there is an error either in a file that is crashing it. If it is your SAMP that crashes on the server, Try reinstalling SAMP and also find out if you are the only one that crashes

Probably not use a leaked ngrp script, that might fix your problem.

I know this sounds stupid, however are you opening your samp-server more than once? This can cause gamemode issues to act "wonky" like this.
