Well, I went to portforward.com , set up a static IP adress and portforwarded. But afterwards, I opened up the Port-checker tool and it says that my port is not open. Help?

That port will have to do with your IP on your router... You could try DMZ your IP address but it is not recommended

Try disabling Windows firewall, and any 3rd party firewalls. If it works, add an exception for in the firewalls instead of completely disabling them.
