Hey guys,i've added msvcp100.dll to the server WHICH IT SAID IT requires when launching it,I downloaded it and put it in the folder with the server.cfg and shit.. but it still say's it needs msvcp100.dll,can you please tell me what to do?

Put it in GTA SA folder.

You should update your vcredist as well, it contains everything you need.
