Whats the maximum limit of object attachment on the vehicle(s)?

I seen many server have objects on their vehicles (PD sirens, weapons & etc..)

What's the maximum object limit to attach?

I don't know. Try to add 11, and see If it says something.

Objects attached to vehicles are still objects, so the limit is still 1000. If you use a streamer with dynamic objects, you can bypass that limit.
