go to your Scriptfile user and go to his name then you'll find his ip.

You can get his ip from server_log log ban him manually.

Check JernejL thread about Perfect Protection against invalid mods(LINK) and see how you can ban them immediately (OnVehicleMod callback) after they use that hack
