Bios System Disabled
#1

I've inserted the BIOS password 3 times wrong and the 'System Disabled' image popped up. What's this, actually? Can this be solved? How?

For old systems this could be reset by blocking the cmos battery for some minutes, e.g. by putting some paper between the upper contact, or removing it completely. Not sure if this still works, probably not because this was made any kind of bios passworts obsolete.

The system isn't that old, but I don't know how old is. I think 2007, maybe 2008. What are the causes of this? Can't this be solved?

On some systems CMOS chip won't do anything.

There is a small jumper somewhere on the motherboard, make sure the PC is OFF, turn on the PC once that jumper is out, and wait till you get an error message something about a missing jumper or something like that. Turn the PC off, put the jumper back in, and you're ready!
