How do i become an administrator or VIP?
To become an administrator: login with RCON and then do (/setlevel <name/id/partofname> 5)
To become VIP: do (/setvip <name/id/partofname> <viplevel>)

Download here. This contains the sql dump, the gamemode itself (GMX & AMX).
The script was last compiled for 0.3x but is not completed yet.
You will also require basic knowledge of MySQL and setting up MySQL based gamemodes.
There are probably many bugs in it, but send me them via a private message and i'll look into it.
