Sorry but I couldn't find it anywhere nor through any application which detects this music. Why not try to convert this video to mp3 format and later on crop those stuff out of it (if there is any, I didn't hear the full commercial).

It is a website I used when I was learning my Radio Course, alot of TV producers and radio producers use.

If you're English like me, you'll see some music on there and later down the line hear it playing on a commercial or something!
