Well, I know this is very common, but to be honest all of us .. this is a BUG of samp, which should be repaired because it is too uncomfortable and in other modifications of GTA SA in line this does not happen, or am I mistaken?

This bug was not introduced by SA-MP, try to teleport to far using some mod like Cleo while playing single player and will get the same screen. However if solved would be good.

It may also happen when your X,Y,Z position goes more than limit. For example, try increasing your boat's velocity while riding it on sea. You'll surely experience such things.

installing programs that are acrually cheats do this. Also it is bug when script is not fine i think player cords but its still server side bug
