Sorry for posting this twice. It's just that I havent really gotten a clear answer.

So here is it. Why does the rep show on any of my posts when its Green - but when its Grey - it doesnt show on my posts. Does it still count as rep when It's grey?

When it's grey its when someone doesn't have the requirements to give out rep, therefore it doesn't count.

if it's grey it doesnt count it means the person doesnt have required Reps or posts

Afaik grey reps never gets green, so, no.

you need to have a certain amount of posts to let your reputation count. I think it's 50. If ou get a grey reputation icon a user who does have less than 50 posts has probably given you reputation.
