Okay So . When I Started SA:MP , I Get a Problem , The Screen Rotates , Can Someone Help me Fix This Bug Please ? I Have an AT400 , Bus , Andromada , And Shamal Mod , Is This Connected to The Mod ?

That's probably the most strange bug I've heard of. Have you tried re-installing SA-MP/GTA:SA?

There's No Problem With GTA:SA , I 've Run It and It Displays Normal like Usual , It Happens when i Enter a Server In SA:MP

No I Did'nt , Last Night I Turned Off My Computer , And When I Come Back to Play , I Installed an AT-400 Mod First b 4 playing but , When i Enter a Server , It Happens

Uninstall the AT-400 mod then. If it was working fine before you installed it.
