Because he doesn't have to, and there is a reason we have a game mode release section? Everyone starts somewhere. I started with a crappy (no offence, Kc lol) leaked Drive+Fly+Stunt+Freeroam GM on my first server. Editing and changing the code of that GM is partially what made me the programmer I am today (obviously there was reading involved as well).
