Well, I spotted that when I played on my slow PC. Now I can spot it in two shakes of a lamb's tail whenever I see it and for some reason it bothers me.

I notice it, but I don't really pay attention to it since my SA-MP takes ~5 seconds to load with only a clean installation and setting the compatibility mode to Windows 98.
