Do somebody knows how to do the when a player is in a safezone and he give damage to another player and is not a cop then it will give it him a wanted level.

i want to know how to do safezones

You can use one of streamer plugin functions,where you can create dynamic areas,or use IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint().
So if he is in the zone/range of point execute the code you want.
