[Map] Fix Colision Libert City

Info: well it's just a correction, as you know has a city libert city, and only a part of it has minimal impact, useless the city, so I used a few objects with hidden parts to fix some streets (I did not notice anything, only some parts), however now it may be useful to be harnessed to walk, any event, etc ....

Note: I do not I fixed everything, just a few streets, an hour with longer fixed everything

The LOD textures make this area unacceptable for any gameplay I think.

I did not understand the part "TEXTURE LOD" I do not know what this is, this is just a correction of the collision o_O

It means level of detail basically in SA when your further away from objects you don't need to see full object detail so simpler objects are used with low resolution textures. In the Liberty City portion of SA there are no real objects hence no collision only ugly LOD objects which I don't think is acceptable to use. I set my standards higher than that

the xD yes, really is true, the textures are not real , Using a different texture correct the problem
