How to make textdraw under hud which will be there always..No limited time

I want that to help newbies.

Something like -
/CMDS - to see our commands , /V - to get vehicle , /T - to see our teleports etc..

You can easily create textdraws by this editor: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=376758

You can either make a textdraw to show only the letters or a box behind it which would be cooler!

Then go to scriptfiles, copy-paste the code inside your mode and when players spawn show them the textdraw.
