Hello I have an old laptop (HP pavillion zd7000), so the battery of my laptop is missing and I just want to make sure if that's what is causing that when I turn on my laptop it sends a flashing message on a black screen saying "Operating system not found..." I ask this because I don't want to buy the wrong part of the laptop. Does anyone knows if this is caused because of the laptop missing the battery or is it something else?
I really need help with this so any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance!

It is not caused by the missing battery. As long as the computer has power,it will work.
Does it let you boot into windows?
If yes, then it is booting from the wrong drive, you will need to change the default boot option.
- turn it off and then on again
- immediately press f12 or delete
- go into boot options and change it to the hdd with windows
If not, then either nothing is installed on your hdd, windows is so corrupted it cant even boot, or your hdd is dead. The first one is most likely! The good think is they're pretty easy to replace.

Honestly.. it's a matter of opinion. I have never really been a fan of AMD products. NVIDIA is what my family has used since computers began with that technology and we haven't ever been disappointed. I always recommend NVIDIA.

They're both good makes - I'd say if one is faster and the same price go for that one. I'd be more wary if it was from some unknown manufacturer but it isn't so all good.

I would go for the EVGA, because I've had better experience with them, I've been using them since 2000, and have never really been let down, even when it came to RMA, I only had a DOA once in 13 years, and I buy lots of parts from them, and they replaced it fast, free and easy, and even gave me a slightly better model for the hassle!
I once had to RMA an Asus mobo, it had a faulty RAM slot, the process was long and tedious, but after a few weeks, I finally got them to send me a new one, but I've had overall, pretty good experiences with all of these companies.

I think I might just end up going with the MSI card. Even though the support is terrible, the cards have great cooling and better performance according to the benchmarks I've seen. Thanks for the responses, guys!

Guys do you think that a:
Intel Core i3-3220 - 113Ђ
4GB 1333Mhz Corsair XMS3 - 35Ђ (kit 2x2)
MSI Z77A-G41 - 88,71Ђ
I chose that motherboard because I'm planning to change the CPU to a "k" version so I can overclock it and because I might do a CF/SLI in the future.
Is that hardware worth the money?

If I was you I would go for a quad-core the most cheap quad cores from intel socket 1155 are around 165 euros so for 50 euros..
Also there are some rams that I think they are cheaper, but if you want good warranty ( corsair ) I would go for them..

I have a limited budget so that's why I picked up that i3 CPU. It's also an Ivy Bridge CPU, HT so it should perform enough for a 1280x1024 monitor :P .
Since I'm still on vacantion the prices on Amazon might change so I've been doing a lot of researches for a price/performance hardware. I would stick with that CPU & RAM. Also I saw other 2 motherboards which are cheaper and good.
MSI Z77A-G43 as a mentioned before - 88,71€
MSI B75MA-P54 - 57,42€
ASROCK H77 PRO4/MVP - 77,90€
There have different chipset but my point now is for gaming. I don't have a FULL HD monitor so I hope it's not bottlenacking my HD6850. I mentioned the Z77 even it's a overclocking motherboard, for its features. I need an advice. :/
