Uhm. Correct if I'm wrong but I think you are asking for a specific server if so then go ask on their forums or try the command /help (most servers have the command)

If scripting wise SetPlayerColor function should do the job.

No its on my server i created the HQ and stuff but how do you create the gang color so people no that thats the color for that specific gang do you script it throught GM?

note you'll need to define team grove as well as colors, else put the samp color codes for COLOR and digits like 12131 for team
