I had JunkBuster on the server and a was delete and now a doesnt have to login to the server,it all happened when I deleted JunkBuster.

As I am aware, Junkbuster had it's own user saving system. (Correct me if i'm wrong, I never used it)

You deleted the Junkbuster folder with all the player information in it.
