so, first off i want to say my isp is not the best isp of the world. i've an high ping (like 130-150) so the problem may be caused from this.

sometimes when some users log in my server the server doesn't see it (so the server doesn't follow my script under onplayerconnect but he can spawn and go around).
when this happens to someone, if he logs out and logs in again he'll have this problem and almost every one who log after him will have the same problem.

i can't really understand it.
can anyone give me any advices?

Is your server home hosted?
Which script are you using?
Is it Port Forwarded?

it was on localhost before, and I had this issue. now it is hosted and I have the same issue.
i'm using a roleplay gamemode. sometimes i've this problem, sometimes not.
but when someone has this issue all the other users who log after him have the issue.
