Try updating your plugins? Or try this:
plugins streamer sscanf audio nativechecker

If you are running it on a linux machine, make sure it has the .so extension

Reinstall streamer, then recompile your script with the new files, then try again.

(By the way, it says that streamer and audio plugins failed to load in server.log, are you sure the plugins are in "plugins" folder?)

Also, like what bensmart469 said, try plugins streamer sscanf audio nativechecker.

Updating all your plguins will solve your problem for sure.

Make sure to compile it after updating and only keep the supported extension plugins and get rid of others and only put plugin name not the extension (streamer only not streamer.so)

Download the Latest streamer and
Compile it by Manually Opening the Pawno (the one which has all the latest Includes)
and Then try?
