Info:
Basic PM functions such as antispam, alerts and disabling of PMs

Features:

• Definable MAX_WARNS before kicked
• Definable time between PMs
• Alert on PM (toggleable (/PMAlert), on by default)
• Players can disable PMs with /pmof /pmon (on by default)

Installation:

Open the .pwn file you downloaded and compile it(Press F5) and place the .amx file into your filterscripts folder.
Add "mikepm" to your filterscripts line in your server.cfg. Example: "filterscripts adminspec vactions mikepm"

Current Version: 1.0

PLEASE NOTE: Not FULLY tested, report any bugs!

Nice script, I use my own PM command though because you cant use part of player names with /pm, Perhaps make an optional command instead of /pm that uses ReturnUser?

make a kind of function for admins that it will become mass pm ?
and that u can send it trough playerid, as example: /pm 1 *bla bla bla*

The ideas was to add features to /PM, not edit it.
