i cant enable them i just put them in the plugins folder but it keeps telling me there are 0 plugins anny help?

go on to your server.cfg and add
plugins
like this below

You don't need the .dll extension on Windows (I'm sure sure if putting it actually makes the plugin not load as I've never tested it).
If you don't already have a 'plugins' line - add it.

hmm thats the only i can think off it the plugins still dont load when doing it on the server.cfg am not sure how u can enable it.
