You mean a vehicle spawn menu? This script isn't even related to that. This script loads the default cars from single player (if I'd understood it right :P). If you want a vehicle spawn menu, go take a look at the filterscripts version or use the search function because there are enough of them.

Nice, I remember doing all this with Gamer_Z's GPS plugin to randomly spawn cars across the side of the roads, out of 34,000 nodes which gave me a pretty impressive result. Good work and cheers !
