Hello, i run a server with a medium playerbase and i have a small problem.
My problem is the annoying players, how to get them out?
They have an asslicking attitude, always bitchin' around my admins team and annoying via pm, or doing stupid reports.
What should i do? Ban them or what?
I don't wanna be a bad admin/owner and at same time i dont wanna ban them, how i can make them understand they don't have to annoy us for be an admin?

Not much you can do.
Just keep them busy.
If they speak English(which is rare) you may actually reason with them. Just never lose respect for them. Even if they don't give you respect.

First, if he annoys you, just ignore them and let them acting like "talking to the wind" something like that. If they keeps spamming /report or /pm to admins like that, just mute or kick/warn them. If they continue to do that, they should get a ban hammer from you.

When I had a server and players used to annoy me, I used to annoy them back. That way, they stop repeating it.

Ignore them and see the results. They should leave shortly.

Do what all other owners do. Ignore. Ever seen crazybob or blacklite or kalcor post on a 'What's your favorite song' on their respective forums? No, as they know that if they do so, they lose that owner aura or the respect they should receive. Also, what I would do is just tell them, the famous quote 'Do not ask to be an admin. It just reduces the chance..' and tell them to play more. That way they should shut up.
