Guys i have a question, sorry but i dont know where to post this but i got order from my samp clan founder to make official war skin for my clan but i dont know even where to start, when i type at ****** it shows me nothing, i have downloaded skin from my ex-clan which was closed by the way(youll have to understand that i painted somepart of the picture for my and servers protection, i hope you will understand) and here is the example:




So can i have some advice how to start and which programs do i need to use?

You could try:

"GTASA Skin editor" in ******.

Just remember that this isn't really the right forum for mod-related stuff.

Try those other sites/forums that are dedicated to GTA modding such as GTAGarage.
