Okay so I am a total noob with servers. So I have created my own server and its home hosted. I get usually 8-9players. I got a friend whom is made lvl5 (highest level of the server). Problem is that how can he access the server files like ban file, accounts files etc. I have seen many servers have a Admin control panel. How can o have it? I have a domain. How can I create a admin control panel where others admins can unban/ban players or access other server files. I have my own admin system so I don't want to replace them with another admin system. Please help me.

You'll need to use PHP (web development) to make a panel. If your gamemode uses files for saving, then the panel will have to be on the same host as the SAMP server.
